A great w perienceAll my questio prior to… All my questions were answered prior to ordering. Loved to be able to live chat with a real person and not a recorded answer. Gift came in excellent packing. Only suggestion- I ordered the nativity set that can have w yea pieces added. I would have liked a card in the box with your email address and information about adding extra pieces.

Be Mindful of Letter Selection I’m torn on how to leave this review. My first order got lost in the mail, I contacted customer service who immediately placed a rush order for me and sent it out. They were so helpful and definitely handled the situation the best way possible. However, I was disappointed in the lettering on the ornament. I had the ornament stamped with my son’s initials which includes two c’s. The c’s were so small they look like o or a capital d and it doesn’t even look like the letters of my son’s initials. The ornament itself is so well made that this really bummed me out. Be mindful of the letters you choose in order to have the best outcome.
