Amazing staff Each time I've had a tech problem the staff has been very helpful! They even helped me discover areas of my code that the game itself is bugged and showed me ways to get around with other bots. Very quick to respond to tickets and respond in kind manner as well!

GSH should be #1 w/more stars GSH should be #1 I was a previous customer of ping perfect and I learned about this company and never once have I regretted transferring to this company. Client care is beyond basic standards. I've imputed tickets that gotten responses quicker than minuets and never more than 12 hours. This company transferred my files for me and the knowledge they have is extensive and critical to running high quality game servers. About their machines my server runs smooth. I am the owner of bloodsport deathmatch and anyone is more than welcome to come see how the server runs when full. It's performance isnt flooded and I don't have to have unnecessary cpu or whatever else other companies can make you buy. I pay less with this company even though they deserve more for their availability.

Great Support and Great Service I recently bought a dedicated server from there guys to learn server development and man let me tell you they have been amazing! 411 and Ninja and a few other staff member have always responded extremely fast, and with respect. On top of that they 100 percent know what they are doing. As for how the machines run, I can say it’s been a really good experience. Personally I haven’t ran into a single issue that wasn’t just user error on my end, the machine I purchased runs like a beast and has been running my Palworld servers amazingly. Thanks so much guys!

Recommended for new/old server owners wanting a better experience hosting "First Month Free" The staff here are amazing helped with everything i needed to get the server up and running swapping providers from one to another was super smooth and the hardware is top notch this providers dashboard is really easy to use once you looked over it 1 time and if you need any help understanding anything the staff are there to Voice chat with you to talk you through it such a relief, Defo join there discord as the community there are really helpful you can learn so much from these Ive run many servers with many providers over the years and GSH is the best by far felt like breath of fresh air once i found this provider =)
