I really like that they take their security process so seriously because it shows they care who their customers are and take extra steps to make sure they are credible individuals. I did that but it didn't work. Edit: They did give me a full refund when requested, assuming it's a rare mistake I'm changing this review to 4/5 to signify that in my case an error was resolved. The refund took a few hours so it was reasonably quick. Edit 2: Rebought game with no issues on HRK, upgrading to 5/5 as they gave me compensation for my troubles on top.
