GBWorst company ever If you buy a chair from these guys ignore the warrant I was told my chair stitching could not be classed as wear and tear due to size of rip to now be told Thomas spoke to warehouse team and they have said it is wear and tear, got one chair in 2020 and one in 2022 the one in 2020 is perfectly fine the one from 2022 is ripped and it’s down to me to pay £60 for a new base! NOT HAPPENING looking at another company for a new chair! Goodbye GT Omega
