The wait time was a little long considering it said that they would get back to me in an hour but, it also was like 4-5am where I was. Won 5 dollars through top-trades on their discord Website is legit in terms of their top-trade giveaways they do every day. All i had to do is write to their support on their website and show a screenshot of my name being picked in the giveaway. I do wish i could just pick the item that is on hold and when it is not on trade hold anymore, their bots would just sent me a trade offer. Especially because the majority of the cheaper skins are on trade hold. I saw a "SG 553 | Candy Apple" in Factory New with good float and a nice price and it was just instantly taken as soon as it was available. That is pretty annoying when you had followed it days before it was available. Do note i have not used my 5 dollars yet because there simply is not anything of interest that is not on trade hold right now so i have not experienced a trade on their site yet.
