Lost business and went elsewhere Edit: Support replied saying you need to open a support ticket, while when the fraud comes up it says it will get reviewed and will get a response shortly. Says absolutely nothing about needing to open a support ticket to fix the issue. If that is what's needed, fix your website to be updated with accurate information

Loyalty was won without a doubt. I am a first time user of this site. Bought my first server a couple days ago. I have used other hosting networks in the past and nothing has come even remotely close to this hosting network. The control panel takes some time to get the hang of but not 48 hours later I have an outstanding server for unturned. It took a little bit of work to get the settings just right. But your imagination isn't limited with this hosting network. Response time to tickets is exceptional, for inquiries you have. And the knowledge base is incredible.
