Completely unacceptable! Bought Football Manager 2012 from the site as usual. I verify my order and get the key, so far it's all good. But when I tried to activate my key on STEAM I get the message that it has already been activated. So I mail buygamecdkeys.com with my problems. After 8 hours I haven't heard a single word from anyone. My Facebook messages gets deleted kinda immediately so it's not like they aren't available. All that would have kept me from writing this review was a single message that told me they are looking in to it or working on it, just something! Gonna keep sending them mails and post on Facebook until I get either a new key or my money back. EDIT: Got 2 new keys where the first one was also taken but the second one worked. Won't give them higher because of lack of communication from the beginning and the second key that didn't work.
