Very easy to navigate in the store and search what you are looking far - 1 star for ease to make payment and check out. Quick, fast and order goes through in no time. You even receive an update and status of your order. - 1 star for reliability because my product was delivered to me and I was contacted by whatsapp to be notified of the successful delivery. Downside: - 0 star because of the lack of details on the timing of the Vbucks delivery. My purchase was made at 18:43 and I only received it 1:30am. I was neither informed on the estimation of the delivery nor the time frame. - 0 star for the lack communication and attention to Urgent notes left when making a purchase. I sent an email requesting for an update at 19:10 but never got a response. As a first time buyer, it can be suspicious since there's no communication or update. Overall, a solid 3/5 for the above reasons. I think I'll do more purchases here however not if I need my delivery in less than an hour because my purchase took well over 5hours. Hope for improvements.

Worth the wait and price Love it! I was a bit skeptical at first but I have a prior knowledge that some stores offer games at low price if it’s in low demand. Although, some stores offer much lower price, I’d rather buy games with a decent price (not too low or not too high). To give you an insight, the process is not quick, you’ll have to wait at least several hours or few days to receive your product key. I received mine almost one day. But, its was worth the wait. I definitely recommend this store!

Didn't take too long. I ordered a Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus. I ordered it around 13:10 today (10 April), and I got it around 13:50 today (10 April). Yes, other websites would be faster, but this was cheaper and it only took 40 minutes! It seems sketchy, but it's not as bad as it seems.
