The only drawback was waiting time for the delivery (ca. 2 hours). Didn't take too long. I ordered a Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus. I ordered it around 13:10 today (10 April), and I got it around 13:50 today (10 April). Yes, other websites would be faster, but this was cheaper and it only took 40 minutes! It seems sketchy, but it's not as bad as it seems.
