Very bad experience Very bad experience, ordered microsoft account for 5pcs, which after 2days logged out all my 3PC’s which I connected into. Stopped working right 2 days after purchase, I sent seller multiple emails explaining the issue, recieved sh** reply only once, which didn’t help at all. After that reply I didn’t hear from the seller again. Needed to figure things out through Paypal refund and support. Absolutely don’t recomment this website. More damage created by his absolutely zero effort trying to fix the issue. I will never buy from them again.

They took many days to send me the key… They took many days to send me the key and their customer service is slow but i got my key. At least they delivered what they promised. I'd it 4 starts because they were nice to me.

Very easy to navigate in the store and search what you are looking far - 1 star for ease to make payment and check out. Quick, fast and order goes through in no time. You even receive an update and status of your order. - 1 star for reliability because my product was delivered to me and I was contacted by whatsapp to be notified of the successful delivery. Downside: - 0 star because of the lack of details on the timing of the Vbucks delivery. My purchase was made at 18:43 and I only received it 1:30am. I was neither informed on the estimation of the delivery nor the time frame. - 0 star for the lack communication and attention to Urgent notes left when making a purchase. I sent an email requesting for an update at 19:10 but never got a response. As a first time buyer, it can be suspicious since there's no communication or update. Overall, a solid 3/5 for the above reasons. I think I'll do more purchases here however not if I need my delivery in less than an hour because my purchase took well over 5hours. Hope for improvements.

Pcgameskey Took My Money; No Order Ship. I placed an order for Win 11 more than a month ago. I did not get the download from my email or the company site. I called and emailed them multiple times but nothing. I even asked for a refund but still nothing. If the company reading this message. I already asked for refund. I want my money back before I go on social media like I did to another company.
