After my mistake on putting a wrong withdrawal address which lead to my funds being lost in space, Thea from the support team was kind enough to guide me on how to find the correct address and even refunded me half of my funds, even if it was my fault in the first place! 10/10 support Honestly i f'ed up by adding less funds that the ones i needed ( on the very last digits tho ) and i messaged the support and they immediatelly answered me and they added 0.01 to my funds so i could buy the skin i wanted 10/10 would recommend and the transaction seems to be super safe

Support is always not available Support is always not available, I topped up my account to be skins and the website requested KYC even though there was NO KYC mention when I topped up account, Such Scam act, they are not replying to ticket and not giving my money back!
