terrible organisation... terrible company, waited five days for my order. each day asking when it would be ready or even part of it. i never got an answer other than "not ready yet" i waited five days before getting a refund. i would not trust or use this company again. (two stars because i have used them before and the process was bumpy but i got my order, this latest purchase however is not acceptable. i explained i dont mind waiting i just want an eta or a guess of when the order would be ready. my response was the usual "not ready yet"
