They gave me 2 bonus items, which is greatly appreciated!! Very pleased that I am able to ask additional questions through Facebook messenger, as I am not 100% tech savvy with things. Customer service also apologized for their error which I appreciated.

My original package had gone missing but 8-Bit made sure that my system got to me, and even threw in some added bonuses for the inconvenience. They responded quickly and efficiently to me whenever I had an inquiry on the situation and kept me in the loop on what was going on.
