Excellent Service I bought a code for Guild Wars 2 from this site around 3 years ago, and once the Heart of Thorns expansion came, I decided to come back and buy here again. I had no problems with my purchase, I got the code within minutes, and it worked perfectly. Nothing bad I can say.

Pre-order received shortly before release First time buyer from this key seller. Overall an excellent and prompt release key. Some slight concerns having being asked to review the site on numerous occasions before the key was released. Key was a scan and no issues activating.

Got game, but after a long frustating waiting time I've come to expect games to be delivered in a few minutes or instantly. The cooperation with the payment site didn't work correctly, so the money from my bank was gone, but I couldn't see if Gameholds had received it. I wrote an email to gameholds and didn't get a response. Few hours later I thankfully got the email with the key. Skyrim Legendary edition on steam, works perfectly.

Delivery of key was good, user experience while buying was disastrous This was by far the worst experience I've ever had while buying something on the internet. If you don't want to deal with fraude, don't open a webshop. I couldn't believe they asked me to go out of my way and send them my ID to confirm the Paypal account I payed with was my own. I would've cancelled my order if I hadn't paid already. Delivery of the key was fast once I did everything they told me to. Getting a 3/5 because user experience was 0/2 and delivery was 3/3.

Horrible customer service! I ordered once from the company without issue so I figured they could be trusted. Nothing changed and I tried to find my past order but they apparently lose it after time elapsed. I tried to place another order, but they claimed I posed a security threat. They never mentioned what posed this threat, nor what I needed to fix to resolve the security issue. They have no clue in regards to customer service, and I had no problem ordering from another company. I wouldn't use them again.
