Good Service, Lacking Site Sometimes the site has loading times that are just abyssmal. Which may be the most annoying thing about it. Also my order didnt seem to show up in the system for an hour, BUT and this is why I love the site and would always buy keys from there again, the customer support was outstanding. I received a very quick, not standardized Answer to my ticket (some might like a more formal approach, but I like these kind of messages a lot more). The support was very friendly and helpful.

A+ Fast delivery I purchased 2 game codes and they arrived within 30 minute of placing the order. I was a new customer which typically means the orders would take longer because new customers are higher risk, but the game codes arrived on time nonetheless.

Disappointed I bought a game, and after a cople hours without receiving it, I contactes them. Then they told me that they had no stock, and got me a refund. I don't think I'm the one supposed to contact them in this case, and if they had no stock, the purchase shouldn't be accepted, or at least, they should've been the ones that contacted me to inform about the problem.

Very dependable Quick delivery, no mishaps or issues, very simple and easy for the buyer not to mention the amazing prices. Definitely the first place I'd check for a video game online purchase.

Horrible customer service! I ordered once from the company without issue so I figured they could be trusted. Nothing changed and I tried to find my past order but they apparently lose it after time elapsed. I tried to place another order, but they claimed I posed a security threat. They never mentioned what posed this threat, nor what I needed to fix to resolve the security issue. They have no clue in regards to customer service, and I had no problem ordering from another company. I wouldn't use them again.
