Great Customer Service Experience I used Giftnix for the first time and the code i received did not work. Immediately I was thinking ugh i got scammed... However, I contacted support and received a response immediately. After verifying a couple pieces of information they sent me a replacement and it worked. The customer service was extremely helpful and quick to service! Even though the first code i received didn't work (It's bound to happen with ecode cards once in a while) I will definitely be using their services again now I know they have great customer service! Very quick and courteous service I am registered with the UK iTunes stores, but currently working in Jamaica. It was a great relief being able to obtain UK iTunes vouchers online and to still continue staying with the UK Store. Quick service although a little tedious with checks etc. but I cannot complain considering the amount of fraud and scams taking place today.
