Refusal to cancel account; continuing to charge I have been asking for my account to be cancelled for at least 5 months. Account has not been cancelled and they have continued to charge my credit card every month (I signed up as a guest with PayPal - do NOT do this). They take forever to respond to the cancel request and then always find a reason not to cancel it (“we need your subscription id “ etc when this has been provided numerous times).
