Poorly run business If you're reading this, you likely googled reviews for Royal Bishop. Learn from me. My credit card was charged a month ago. I never received a tracking number. My order has not been delivered. I messaged (through the website) asking for the status of my order, where it is, what the tracking order is, and finally, whether this was a legitimate business, which was rhetorical at that point. Their only responses were that my order was "confirmed" and they emailed me weeks later to tell me that the business was legitimate, which sounds like what a scammer would say. I emailed a couple of times asking for tracking information and later to inform them I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I never received responses to those messages. I posted my review on February 16, and one day later received a message from Royal Bishop offering to rectify the situation by sending me a new set at a 50% discount. I had originally purchased this set in mid-January, so when I had no information and no response to my messages, I ordered a new set from another company and disputed the charge on my credit card. At this point I'm not sure I would ever receive a set if I agreed to their offer, given the length of time it took them to respond to anything, along with the lack of a tracking number and the fact that they only responded to me after I posted a public negative review. In light of their recent attempts to cure the issue, I am amending my review to reflect my true experience, which said experience leads me to conclude that if this company is not a scam, which I do not admit, it is at least a poorly run company and you're better off finding a different source for all your marble chess set needs.

A memorable Birthday !!! I ordered a premium chess set from them for my father's birthday i was so worried that if these guys could make it on time or not but they were bang on time and as soon as i opened the package the chess set that came out was mesmerizing i cant tell you the joy and smile on my fathers face when he first saw his gift. Shout out to team Royal Bishop they made my father's birthday special.
