This is what Gameflip writes in their website Help Center: Gameflip Support agents will contact you and the seller through the verified email on your Gameflip account for additional information, such as evidence that the item does not work or was not as advertised. I didn't receive any email from Gameflip, they simply closed the dispute without any message. If they asked for more evidence, I would have done my best to send them all I could find, but they never messaged me.
