They were super cool, they took their time to find out and gave me the details. Well turned out, they didn't ship here but I used shipping service company (which delayed this review). Order was packed very safe. It was really easy to order and no complication with the order. The order was really safe and nicely packed. Sadly I couldn't track my order, I don't know why but the website simply said the tracking number was wrong. Shipping to germany was fast roughly 9 days.
