Amateur E-mailed them a couple of days ago, but all I got in reply was a cut-and-paste response with a subject title that bore no relation to my query.

Do not order from them Do not order from them, customer service is so cheap, I asked them a question and they were answering it two times and later they have stopped responding to my issue and no longer communicating with them. Very unprofessional, I regret I had to pay them $7K for the laptop and so many unprofessional employees there. Useless company, never order from them, there are many other better alternatives.

old model as current Only after pointing put that one of their models has now been discontinued longer than it was a current model did they retire the model of Commander(1). They were still trying to sell notebooks from 2016 are current model! stay away and one day they will go away

Don't know Eurocom? Here is what you need to know.. I have been a reseller of Eurocom Laptops for 3 years now, and here is what you need to know. They sell very high specification machines and the build reliability is reasonable, BUT their customer service is HORRENDOUS. I mean TERRIBLE. Imagine having an issue with your laptop, and then having to wait through a 4 MONTH return process and they still don't fix the issue. Imagine sending emails and calling for updates, and they respond back to maybe every third one. Imagine when they do respond back, it takes them between 1 week and 1 month. Imagine when you get the laptop back, they don't even fix the problems. This is exactly what happened to me when I decided to purchase one of the laptops I was reselling for myself. Also, imagine dealing with tech support that is utterly incompetent when you have 20+ years of experience. So all in all, please, take my advice, if you ever think that you may have a problem with the laptop you are thinking of purchasing from them, just don't. You don't want to get stuck in their customer support black hole. Go buy an Asus ROG or something. Heck, even an HP, as their Tech Support isn't nearly as bad.
