Customer Support is scamming people I bought the laptop from them Eurocom X9E2 and in December 2019 I have my screen replaced, I paid them $1250 and in June 2020 the screen get covered by dead pixels and I send them photo and asked for the warranty replacement and they have stopped to reply to my emails. Scammers! I going to contact to legal way with them.

International client. As a client from the EU i am now customer with Eurocom since 2021 and have a very good experience with them. We primarily communicate using email and I must say that my experience so far is just excelent. Shipping is just perfect. Products are packed very well and arrive always in good shape and on time. Do not blame Eurocom for delays caused by carrier. That is out of the control of Eurocom. To be honest I really dont understand all the reviews below? For now I would say to all Eurocom staff.. KEEP IT UP!! and thank you for the great experience you gave us so far.
