USPoor service for a time sensitive order, canceled I made a purchase on Friday, 2/15/19, of a GTX 1070 card for $886.00. I needed to replace an overheated, and damaged GTX 1070, in preparation for a gaming tournament in a nearby city, being held on 2/23/19. I paid the maximum shipping to rush this delivery, but I received an email on Tuesday, 2/19/19, explaining: "Eurocom has charged small amount (under $2.00) to your Credit Card. We would ask that you then go online or contact your Credit Card company, and then tell us exactly the amount charged to your account. This will verify that you are indeed the owner of this Credit card. Once we have this information, we can then charge the full amount of your purchase to your Credit Card without worry that the purchase is fraudulent. The small amount initially charged will of course be removed from the amount due. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you!" The issue is that I did not read this email and respond until Thursday, 2/21/19. When I responded, it was already too late for them to ship the item on time, with the current shipping Method. Eurocom offered to attempt to deliver the item for an unspecified cost, over night for a Saturday delivery, the same day as the event. The event is held at 2pm and requires me to use a powerful and reliable system, unlike Eurocom. I have canceled the order and will purchase a new system for this event instead, as there is no guarentee that it would arrive in time for testing and installation. I will not be using or recommending Eurocom in the future.

CADon't know Eurocom? Here is what you need to know.. I have been a reseller of Eurocom Laptops for 3 years now, and here is what you need to know. They sell very high specification machines and the build reliability is reasonable, BUT their customer service is HORRENDOUS. I mean TERRIBLE. Imagine having an issue with your laptop, and then having to wait through a 4 MONTH return process and they still don't fix the issue. Imagine sending emails and calling for updates, and they respond back to maybe every third one. Imagine when they do respond back, it takes them between 1 week and 1 month. Imagine when you get the laptop back, they don't even fix the problems. This is exactly what happened to me when I decided to purchase one of the laptops I was reselling for myself. Also, imagine dealing with tech support that is utterly incompetent when you have 20+ years of experience. So all in all, please, take my advice, if you ever think that you may have a problem with the laptop you are thinking of purchasing from them, just don't. You don't want to get stuck in their customer support black hole. Go buy an Asus ROG or something. Heck, even an HP, as their Tech Support isn't nearly as bad.

CABest Clevo Reseller I bought several Clevo laptops from them, they truly are the best reseller and they care. They also upgrade Clevo laptops that you don't even buy from them, and they sell individual parts unlike EVERY other Clevo reseller out there. The shipping is stupid fast for anyone who lives in Ontario, Canada - literally next day shipping for like 20 bucks. They also offer a 10% student discount which I have used many times. Simply fantastic.

GBAmateur E-mailed them a couple of days ago, but all I got in reply was a cut-and-paste response with a subject title that bore no relation to my query.
