GBHasid Simcha Gmelectro, You need to change your courier service to UK. Every single pre-order item I have ordered from you guys has had a delayed delivery but when my friends or Cousins from Germany and Australia order from you guys, they received within a week while mind ll take about 10 days to be delivered. When contacting the courier IT they will say they are finished for the day and will deliver when they can. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
