Only improvement is maybe their help dashboard seem to not work that well. best way is to use the chat box if you run into any problems, takes about 5- 10 mins for response.

Customer service is poor. Xeno was rude when i was asking simple questions and just wanting to know what was going to happen and was very demanding, wouldn't buy from this site in my opinion.

Was sold an acc that was OW banned a… Was sold an acc that was OW banned a week prior to being purchased. The “contact us” option on the website does not work Edit: I was given a new acc by the sellers after posting this trust pilot. The new acc seems to be fine, except that it seemed to be shared by others as when I logged onto to it, it was already ingame. Checking some of the demos, there were games played not by me after delivery. Edit 2: they have reached out to be again trying to get it fixed And offered me a new account. This is the 3rd account and it seems to work, but I suspect these are infact cracked accounts. I am just happy the support is finally reaching out to make amends. Originally I had given the company a 1 star review before they reached out. Due to then making an active effort to correct their mistakes I’ll improve the rating to 3 stars.
