GBThey provide good customer service They provide good customer service. Only gripe with them is that it takes time to get stuff shipped, meanwhile Amazon with free super saver shipping will arrive sooner than focus attack... with that being said, where else can you buy Buttercade, Samducksa, and All Fightsticks items under one roof? Not Amazon for sure, trust me I checked. In conclusion, Focus Attack is a great place to shop for your Fight Stick needs.

GBFantastic company Fantastic company - been buying from them for a year or two now, and they always have incredibly good prices for both the various parts they sell and custom products. Only ever had one issue with an order (faulty button, not at all their fault - bad stock happens, and it certainly wasn't damaged in shipping) and they immediately sent out a replacement. 5/5, would - and will - absolutely buy from them in the future.

GBAbsolutely terrible description Absolutely terrible description of products on page. Bought a kit which was shown with buttons and a joystick. Was sent just an empty shell for 150$. Returning items and never shopping here again. Experience will be shared on stream and Social Media. I apologize for not thinking that "accessories" included EVERYTHING to make it operational. And yes maybe MOST customers know that. But being that it was my first fighting stick purchase and first time purchasing from your company I would assume like "Most Companies" that it would be completely explained and detailed if it did not include what was in the pictures to allow it to be operational. And yes you have product options listed below, but no where does it say they're needed to be operational be ause they're not included. They are all also listed as optional, leading a first time buyer to believe they're just upgrades or custom parts.
