Support has been great for me, mainly: King, Mr Shadow and Sam. They do always try their best and value the player's opinions. This is my own personal honest review on Pipeflare so of course my own opinions are based on my own experiences but the entire time I've been with them up to now, they have been great. The community on discord is also pretty cool.

Where's the support? Why Discord? They only use Discord for support which sucks. Not everyone uses Discord, why wouldn't you have another means of support unless you're just interested in taking people's money and running. Also there are no explanation of the rules or the controls for any of the games. Been playing off the cuff just trying to figure things out, but it's frustrating when you're playing a game and just guessing if you're playing it right. Just deleted my account today. The lack of any real support is appalling.

These guys are just so bad at customer service.. they basically ban you if you have an issue then block my withdrawls! I'm so pissed of with these cowboys!
