Simple and Easy The process was so simple. Filled out the forms online and in our case we paid the additional expedited fee. Within 3 or 4 hours we were notified that the corporation was formed and we received the first docs by email. They followed up with a phone call or two and we had our corporation. Would highly recommend them.

Sierra and the team were great to work with, my only thought was could they have been faster, but they got it done, and much of the slow down was from the other state.
