I’m rating a 2 only because customer… I’m rating a 2 only because customer service was responsive and my son’s crate arrived a couple days after I inquired (ordered November 20 and received January 7- not blaming company, but just be aware). Otherwise, I would only rate a 1 simply because there was stuff in the box. The website says the contents of the box are “top of the line“. First of all, I wouldn’t say any of it is top-of-the-line. The beanie, keychain and tote are OK, but similar to the quality you could find at a Five Below store. The ornament was on par/below dollar store quality- plastic with the color and symbol wearing off. I’m really not picky it’s just not good. The button- standard button quality but much smaller than depicted. The candy canes- no comment. Definitely a nice novelty idea, but the quality and needs to improve if I were to ever purchase again. The AirDrop crate box (very cool btw) that it comes in seems better quality than the stuff inside. I would rather have lesser items and better quality.

Better than Loot Crate I have been a customer with Air Drop Crates since their launch in 2018. I must say I love the product. I have even purchased a subscription for my brother as well, and he really enjoys his monthly crate. The products are thoughtful and creative. The experience is nothing short of exciting and professional starting from the moment you get the box. Air Drop Crates also does a monthly giveaway that’s worth at least the value of the crate, which is always exciting to see what the prize is. I’ve even seen them give away a gaming keyboard... 10/10 I would recommend Air Drop Crates to any gamer!

The perfect gift This is our second time subscribing to airdrop crates. The first time was a gift for my son for his birthday. He enjoyed each crate and when he got the last crate he said it was the best gift he ever had and wanted it again for his next birthday. The items inside each package have been excellent and enjoyed by all. Because of this, I've found myself subscribing again as a surprise for my family and look forward to seeing their reactions when the first crate arrives!

Nothing against the brand itself Nothing against the brand itself, just the items in my boxes were kind of lackluster, lots of very small generic items that weren't anything i couldn't have got elsewhere, no big ticket items that could have redeemed it, didn't recieve any shirts, just 2 pairs of socks, and a random micro usb cable? Not sure what for if anything, would potentially try them again, but for the price I paid some socks and keychains and a few small basic things weren't (in my opinion) worth what I paid, unfortunately

My review On 17 April I order a karambit knife white spec, the delivery came alot quicker then expected. I received the package, I opened it and the white small box was squashed (this was due to postage) but the knife is fine and work perfectly. Great company and product.
