When I received the package, I placed some questions about the functioning of the card, and they replied within few hours. So, what else can I say: good prices, and an excellent custom care office. dishonest ordered m3 ds real...never received confirmation email or item. gamekool refuses to respond to my emails or any means of contacting them.. will never buy from this site again.

*update on last review* I did receive an reply from gamekool a few days later and they were very sorry for the inconvenience for sending me the wrong color. They explained that they just wanted to send me an item asap and then offered to send me another iPhone case (without me having to send back the wrong one they sent me) at no charge. I was able to pick out another case for about the same value and they are shipping it to me asap.

Fraudulent They falsley advertise and sell products. Once the defective product is received they will no longer respond to any communication attempts. The worst part is since they actually ship out a product PayPal will not reverse the transaction.

Scammers had same issue as dayumboi. nvr got my product and cudnt contact them. i wudnt recommend it either. go to acekard.com and try the sites that they provide there. its a lil more expensive, but definitely alot more reliable than GameKool.
