GB*update on last review* I did receive an reply from gamekool a few days later and they were very sorry for the inconvenience for sending me the wrong color. They explained that they just wanted to send me an item asap and then offered to send me another iPhone case (without me having to send back the wrong one they sent me) at no charge. I was able to pick out another case for about the same value and they are shipping it to me asap.

GBNo complaints I was hesitant to place my order with the generally low ratings of the site, but my experience has been nothing but positive. I ordered a M3DS Real Perfect bundle and got an excellent price on it. I was advised it would take 10 days from Honk Kong to the US and it arrived with a day to spare. The delivered product wasn't the bundled box, but two separate boxes that were completely equivalent minus the outdated firmware CD that normally comes in it. After tracking down the drivers, I've put the card though its paces for the last 72 hours, and I'm quite happy so far. The only complaint I have had had nothing to do with gamekool, but rather was that M3's website was a bit confusing about what firmware I needed. Take my story for what it's worth, but I'm happy. *shrugs*

GBA+ Customer Service I have placed several orders with Gamekool and have been very pleases with both the items that I purchased and the delivery and communication from Gamekool keeping me updated on the status of my order. In July of 2009 I purchased a M3 i zero that had some connection issues. After several times of trying to fix the problem I finally decided to ask Gamekool for help. The same day I got a response from Gamekool asking for the details. I was very pleased with the customer service and the fact they went the extra mile for my order. I will continue to shop with Gamekool and refer my friends and associates to Gamekool as well. Thanks, David1989

GBFAKE! I ordered a TTDSi card from them after searching for a few days for a legit place to order it from. I already had a TTDS card but upgraded to a DSi XL and needed the new card. at first I was impressed with the response time to the email I sent them, asking about my Tracking number. I followed the tracking and it finally was delivered 12 days later. I happily opened the package thanking them greatly for not scamming me. Soon after I opened the package I started to have my doubts. The card was dark grey (like ds games) and not white like TTDS cards. the sticker looks like a 2-year old stuck it on, and when i stuck the Micro SD card in it wasnt spring loaded and stuck out quite a bit. I didn't care about any of that as long as it worked on my DSi XL I stuck it in and it was recognized as Spongebob Atlantis, but when i clicked on it I got the error message. Thinking that I just needed to update the firmware of the card, I still kept my cool. Didn't work! Im so Pissed and want to fly to Hong Kong and Shoot these F**ckers in the face. Traded my DSi XL for a DS Lite so I could use my old card. Very Disappointed with these guys...

NLScam Ordered ps3break dongle. Arrived 2 weeks later. DOA. Email to "Rachel". Response was to return it to get a replacement. Now 2 months later still no sign of replacement or the new dongle I ordered as a backup. Same story as many of the other reviewers. Filed a complaint with Paypal. Bottomline: stay away from Gamekool.
