Scam Ordered ps3break dongle. Arrived 2 weeks later. DOA. Email to "Rachel". Response was to return it to get a replacement. Now 2 months later still no sign of replacement or the new dongle I ordered as a backup. Same story as many of the other reviewers. Filed a complaint with Paypal. Bottomline: stay away from Gamekool.

A+ Customer Service I have placed several orders with Gamekool and have been very pleases with both the items that I purchased and the delivery and communication from Gamekool keeping me updated on the status of my order. In July of 2009 I purchased a M3 i zero that had some connection issues. After several times of trying to fix the problem I finally decided to ask Gamekool for help. The same day I got a response from Gamekool asking for the details. I was very pleased with the customer service and the fact they went the extra mile for my order. Fraudulent They falsley advertise and sell products. Once the defective product is received they will no longer respond to any communication attempts. The worst part is since they actually ship out a product PayPal will not reverse the transaction.
