A+ Customer Service I have placed several orders with Gamekool and have been very pleases with both the items that I purchased and the delivery and communication from Gamekool keeping me updated on the status of my order. In July of 2009 I purchased a M3 i zero that had some connection issues. After several times of trying to fix the problem I finally decided to ask Gamekool for help. The same day I got a response from Gamekool asking for the details. I was very pleased with the customer service and the fact they went the extra mile for my order. Scam Ordered ps3break dongle. Arrived 2 weeks later. DOA. Email to "Rachel". Response was to return it to get a replacement. Now 2 months later still no sign of replacement or the new dongle I ordered as a backup. Same story as many of the other reviewers. Filed a complaint with Paypal. Bottomline: stay away from Gamekool.

*update on last review* I did receive an reply from gamekool a few days later and they were very sorry for the inconvenience for sending me the wrong color. They explained that they just wanted to send me an item asap and then offered to send me another iPhone case (without me having to send back the wrong one they sent me) at no charge. I was able to pick out another case for about the same value and they are shipping it to me asap.
