No complaints I was hesitant to place my order with the generally low ratings of the site, but my experience has been nothing but positive. I ordered a M3DS Real Perfect bundle and got an excellent price on it. I was advised it would take 10 days from Honk Kong to the US and it arrived with a day to spare. The delivered product wasn't the bundled box, but two separate boxes that were completely equivalent minus the outdated firmware CD that normally comes in it. After tracking down the drivers, I've put the card though its paces for the last 72 hours, and I'm quite happy so far. The only complaint I have had had nothing to do with gamekool, but rather was that M3's website was a bit confusing about what firmware I needed. Take my story for what it's worth, but I'm happy. *shrugs*

You can count on Gamekool It was my first purchase (ak2i), so I was a little skeptical. I waited three weeks to have the package delivered form HK to Italy. When I received the package, I placed some questions about the functioning of the card, and they replied within few hours. So, what else can I say: good prices, and an excellent custom care office. Fraudulent They falsley advertise and sell products. Once the defective product is received they will no longer respond to any communication attempts. The worst part is since they actually ship out a product PayPal will not reverse the transaction.

Gamekool has resolved my issue I have placed several orders with Gamekool and have been very pleases with both the items that I purchased and the delivery and communication from Gamekool keeping me updated on the status of my order. I purchased a M3 i zero that had some connection issues. After several times of trying to fix the problem I finally decided to ask Gamekool for help. The same day I got a response from Gamekool asking for the details. I was very pleased with the customer service and the fact they went the extra mile for my order.
