I purchased a M3 i zero that had some connection issues. After several times of trying to fix the problem I finally decided to ask Gamekool for help. The same day I got a response from Gamekool asking for the details. I was very pleased with the customer service and the fact they went the extra mile for my order. Fast Shipping, Good Deal, 100% Genuine + Very Happy =) Before i came to Gamekool, i did a lot of research. However i could not make up my mind which online stores to get it from. Finally i randomly pick Gamekool. I received Acekard 2i less than 10 days from Hong Kong to US. I went to Acekard official website and found it 100% genuine. It really works on my DSi XL (it just came out April 2010 in USA) with newest firmware. NO Disappointed. They responded my status quick too!! Favorite online gametool store I have been a Gamekool customer for such a long time and never had a business ending negative experience. They have always been excellent with the product part and offers some of the best prices. Shipping is fast unless you free shipping(really takes long time). Gamekool has always met or exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service. The only negative points I can think of are the free shipping, it takes 25 days for the parcel to arrive. But, nevermind, I will definitely choose airmail or express in future. Both of these points are very minor so I get them 5/5 stars.
