CANEVER AGAIN!! This place is a scam! Total Ripoff!!! Placed an order, money was taken from my credit card. Over a month later, my item still shows as sitting in the Shenzen airport awaiting customs, but then magically it disappears from there as if it never existed. All attempts to contact GameKool for resolution have failed. The "online" telephone service fails to connect or function at all, and of the TWO websites that are listed as supposed "legal and honest" ways to follow up on a bad transaction... yeah both websites aren't real, they are bogus IP's and websites, clear evidence of a scam if you are creating your own bogus "verify the visa" websites as I see it. They now are claiming that my credit card was denied, but the charges are still there over a month later and Visa has confirmed that the payment went through ok to them. If my card was denied, why did I get a confirmation of payment? Why is Visa saying it wasn't denied? Why did I get a tracking number? I could go on, but anyone reading this can see it for what it is. A scam!! I dealt with Deal Extreme in the past and they were FANTASTIC to deal with. I tried GameKool because I was impatient with Christmas coming and Deal Extreme was out of stock on the item I wanted. Never again, I'll just wait on the back order or not order at all.

DEWell, I changed my oppinion I ordered the first time from gamekool, and after wondering, why they don't have my card in stock, i searched the internet and thought I had been scammed. But after now 14 (working-)days I recieved my order along with a little gift for the delay. All in all, gamekool has good prices, a great email support(they always replied within 24h), and, regarding the free shipping, a normal delivery time.

CNFavorite online gametool store I have been a Gamekool customer for such a long time and never had a business ending negative experience. They have always been excellent with the product part and offers some of the best prices. Shipping is fast unless you free shipping(really takes long time). Gamekool has always met or exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service. The only negative points I can think of are the free shipping, it takes 25 days for the parcel to arrive. But, nevermind, I will definitely choose airmail or express in future. Both of these points are very minor so I get them 5/5 stars.

CAThese guys are crooks! Ordered a USB dongle for PS3. I never received any email confirming the order nor did I get any shipping confirmation, and when I logged in to my profile on their website a few hours after placing the order it already showed as "shipped". After 2 months of not receiving anything I sent emails asking where my order was each time getting an identical response (bot?) saying: "The parcel was sent out by HongKong Post. Sometimes the parcel delays by many reasons, such as customs checking , transiting etc. Pleae wait for few days more, you will get it soon! And we will contact HongKong post immediately, if I get any info , I will inform you." After receiving 3 of these identical responses over a span of 3 weeks and all my questions were left unanswered I asked for a refund. From then on all my emails were ignored and they have no other form of communication (no phone number, and an "on-line support" feature which never works). Luckily I got VISA to refund my money eventually. Now 3 months later, I receive an email saying my order was delivered. I wonder where they sent it to since it certainly didn't come to me. I doubt they even sent anything. STAY AWAY!!! P.S. I wouldn't be surprised if many of the positive reviews you see here are spams from people who run the company. They are all crooks!

ITYou can count on Gamekool It was my first purchase (ak2i), so I was a little skeptical. I waited three weeks to have the package delivered form HK to Italy. When I received the package, I placed some questions about the functioning of the card, and they replied within few hours. So, what else can I say: good prices, and an excellent custom care office. You can trust Gamekool! E' stato il mio primo acquisto (acekard 2i), quindi ero un po' scettico. Invece ho ricevuto il pacco in 3 settimane.
