Well, I changed my oppinion I ordered the first time from gamekool, and after wondering, why they don't have my card in stock, i searched the internet and thought I had been scammed. But after now 14 (working-)days I recieved my order along with a little gift for the delay. All in all, gamekool has good prices, a great email support(they always replied within 24h), and, regarding the free shipping, a normal delivery time.

Do not deal with this company I seem to have had the same experience most people have had. I ordered an item over a month ago and never recieved a tracking number or confirmation. When I requested such, they were quick to provide a canned response about customs delaying the order and they provided a tracking number. I waited a few weeks and the status of the package never changed. Called the post office and they never received it from China. Since then, gamekool has been ignoring my e-mails

Fraudulent They falsley advertise and sell products. Once the defective product is received they will no longer respond to any communication attempts. The worst part is since they actually ship out a product PayPal will not reverse the transaction.

You can count on Gamekool It was my first purchase (ak2i), so I was a little skeptical. I waited three weeks to have the package delivered form HK to Italy. When I received the package, I placed some questions about the functioning of the card, and they replied within few hours. So, what else can I say: good prices, and an excellent custom care office. *update on last review* I did receive an reply from gamekool a few days later and they were very sorry for the inconvenience for sending me the wrong color. They explained that they just wanted to send me an item asap and then offered to send me another iPhone case (without me having to send back the wrong one they sent me) at no charge. I was able to pick out another case for about the same value and they are shipping it to me asap.
