I pre-ordered the sx-lite on 05.06.2020… I pre-ordered the sx-lite on 05.06.2020 and then I pre-ordered the sx-core on 06.04.20. I was in contact with them up until a month ago and now Admin won't reply to any emails or messages. Do not order from this site. I will not give up trying to get my order or my money back

Good Customer Service I had some shipping issues I posted about here, but customer service contacted the carrier and it appears that the item is on track. I will update this review once it arrives.

First order Did an order from EU. Since stock had gone to 0 they proactively sent me the order from China. When I noticed that fearing for customs, I got in touch with them and they were very fast to reply and announced that if I had any issues with customs to get back to them and they would help me out. Good service and customer loyalty from me from now on!

No info on my payment or if order was processed I have ordered an SX Pro Kit and after a few days I couldnt get the site to load and I dont know the status of my order. Tried many times trying to access the site and it's still down. I dont know if the payment was processed or not. If it's been shipped? Nothing.

I ordered from this website on the 8th… I ordered from this website on the 8th of August and I received my product on the 15th of August in Sweden. The service and chat is always available and ready to answer questions about shipment and the products. I recommend this shop!
