GB2 orders placed, both went great! This is my 2nd order, the first order went so well when I needed another sx pro I ordered again from mos3dscard and it went as smooth as the first. Great email communication and timely shipped orders. Well run store and had no issues in the process.

BRI've tried to buy a sxos licence with… I've tried to buy a sxos licence with them yesterday. After put all my data and proceeded with the purchase, things got weird. Couldn't connect to my account, tried to retrieve my password and the site didn't recognize my account. Another issue is that when I tried to send an email to them, got a message from Google that the domain admin.at.mod3scards.com does not exist! Be careful with your data!

GBNo info on my payment or if order was processed I have ordered an SX Pro Kit and after a few days I couldnt get the site to load and I dont know the status of my order. Tried many times trying to access the site and it's still down. I dont know if the payment was processed or not. If it's been shipped? Nothing.

GBi tried to buy something on their site i tried to buy something on their site. they said my card was declined. immediately got a fraud alert from my credit card. they took the number and tried to buy something fraudulently. DO NOT USE. I have never received a fraud alert until using this site. And it happens right After I try to by something. Not. Coincidence. But go ahead trust pilot and protect these criminals by deleting my review

DKI ordered an item from mod3dscard I ordered an item from mod3dscard, and while waiting for delivery I discovered a different, better and cheaper solution so I went with that instead. I wrote to Mod3dscard and asked for a return adress for my package and was asked to wait a couple of days so they could send me the adress (this felt kinda weird). This is 2 weeks ago, I have since then asked again, after which they asked me what country I am in, which they could've read on my order... And then they AGAIN asked me to wait. Now I am still awaiting the return adress, which seems really unprofessional seing that they just need to send me an adress for one of their own warehouses. Edit: I have now been told the reason for the wait, which I think they should have told me from the start, but I will leave this review here because I feel they can improve upon their employee --> Customer communication skills.
