Bad System I've played in their tournaments for 3 weeks over 150 games and i was competing in a reasonable rank and i had to bring a friend to help me get good scores after multiple games but eventually i got banned for "smurfing" even tho there's no solid evidence i was. which's cruel and unfair.very scuffed and random system 0/10 experience

I wasted a lot of time using the page… I wasted a lot of time using the page for over a year and couldn't accumulate much because I was very busy. However, in these last two weeks, I started playing for longer and managed to rank high. Despite that, I never won a tournament. The problem arose when I placed in the top 5 and top 20 in a $10 tournament. I was banned for 3 days and received a strike. Three days later, I received another email stating that my account had been permanently banned due to a third strike, despite not having done anything wrong. In my opinion, this is unfair as I did not break any rules. I hope they review my case and restore my account.

And sofar it's literally been amazing the support team is awesome and even the discord staff is active and gets my questions answered quickly. I have been suspended twice now I have been suspended twice now. I played a 1v1 tournament and I made it to top three and within 5 hours of the tournaments end I got suspended, the second time It was the same thing. I even wrote them an email about what has happened and I have no reply, I have been scrolling through the reviews and a lot of people are experiencing the same, then they get replies from repeat.gg talking about how there developers are the best and always have a valid reason to put suspension, I never write bad reviews but this time I had to.
