Non-responsive Items never shipped and they have not responded to any emails

Worst. Toy Store. Ever. I wish there was a lower rating than a single star. 9 months of excuses ranging from :"Oh the supplier won't ship my order" to "I'm too depressed to ship today." I've never heard a grown man have more excuses than a kid as to why something didn't get done and how its everyone's fault but his. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worse online store I have … This is the worse online store I have ever dealt with. If took him 5 month to get me a tracking number for my order. 1 month to refund the missing items, I had to contact him 4 time to get that done. It turns out he would rather refund your purchase than actually drop the package off at the post office. I asked him when he was going to be dropping the package off at the post office after 2 weeks had passed and he refunded me my money. I think he is a scammed.

Great site Great site, lots of inventory to choose from and at great prices! Owner is a good guy that personally handles any issues if any should ever arise!
