I have tried playing/depositing probably a 100 times, giving them the benefit of the doubt and going with bad luck as the excuse but several times now I have been playing certain games and the screen will "refresh" before the game play had finished. On Plinko especially, the ball will be right above the 130x or 1000x and about to go in but then screen refreshes. when I look at the history, it shows the ball going in the exact middle .2x box every time I'm about to have a win over 100x, which seems odd the ball shows in the picture the very middle .2x box and not one of the other 4 .2x boxes or even a 2x box. Also want to note, I have played to 15k on the nonce and this happens on every seed as well as switches internet browsers. The site is also none transparent. You can only see a max of approx. 50 bets in your history and you can only verify the bet on the luckbird.io website. On stake.us you have multiple websites like stakestat.net and several others that gives you the ability to verify. Customer service is none existent. They say they have live chat, which means they tell you they will email you but never do. If you go to the TOS, they provide you with an email for someone named Tony but you will not hear from Tony as well. Glitches/Lagging is unbelievable.
