Bad Support Experience Purchased a guide thinking it will be good that just turned out to be a wiki in pdf format. Want to return the guide but their contact us page is broken and hasn't been fixed the last 3-4 days and their direct email address you email for help doesn't respond at all. Really bad experience.

These guides have proven to be an invaluable resource for a casual gamer like me who does not have a ton of time to play every day/week. All the information in these guides are constantly updated for you to go to the section that's pertinent to the goal that you want to accomplish and attain that in a time-efficient manner. Keep up the good work, Killer Guides! Edit: I agree with Candice's review below - Killer Guides can definitely explore opportunities to include screenshots or images in their guides. Another area to consider maybe to include video footage of a walkthrough, maybe a hyperlink to a Youtube video for instance - this would save some time for players to search for content on the Internet.

Great guide I bought this Gil guide for FFXIVARR and it helped me make tons of money. The thing I like most is how its always being updated to keep up with changing times. I highly recommend it.
