After about 5 orders with this company, I have never had any fish arrive DOA or die shortly after. They are also very responsive when/if you ask them questions about their products. Have ordered fish and daphnia from them. All are healthy and still going strong, and now actually have 5 generations of offspring from several of the fish in my initial order.

Betta Channoides Nice rare wild betta and arrived alive. But, required 2 weeks quarantine period before add to community tank. It's best used their medicated water bagged with the fish as long it's still work. Otherwise, you will need to find other medication for quarantine to replace the water. You can purchase velvet medication on their website. Shipping practices needed improvement.

Excellent Betta's Excellent Betta's! We received two pairs of Betta's from BWAquatics and they arrived in excellent condition. Both pairs within a week started to breed and produce fry. We currently have around 9 fry from the 2nd batch of eggs in one tank, and the other tank is in progress. Excellent Betta's!
