Received an email a whole week later that my order was cancelled and the costume was no longer available. Now its so close to Halloween that I am screwed!! Will NEVER use them again!"

Horrible!!! Do not purchase from this store. I ordered in plenty of time to get the costume, paid extra for expedited shipping (guaranteed shipping) and DI NOT receive my costume! I have left 15+ voicemails because waiting to talk to a customer support person is not an option, sent multiple emails and even tried reaching out via Facebook and twitter. I have heard NOTHING back! NOTHING!!! They do not care about their customers at all!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
