I had never heard of them, but was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. I emailed to ask a question about my order and my question was addressed promptly. When my order arrived, I emailed them about a broken item, and they took care of it right away. Shipping was faster than I expected. I would definitely order from them again.

Great costumes for low prices! GalaxorStore.com has a wonderful selection of costumes for men, women, teens, and children of all ages and sizes. I had a little trouble determining my size as past experience tells me that not all vendors measure the same way. (A medium in one store could be a large in another!) So I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful in helping me do that. I didn't have to wait forever for shipping so that was a plus as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend these guys!
