Damaged product they take your money and never hear from them again I ordered a product for Halloween paid $100, the product arrived broken and I called them immediately to rectify before Halloween. There is no live person to speak with; only a recording where you can leave a message so no one will ever call you back. There is also an email option which no one replied back as well. Crooks! Please don't let this happen to you.

Nice store for video games I bought my first video games DVD from this store. Though I picked the standard shipping, I got it within three days! I guess it's not the general case but I am happy for it.

Horrible!!! Do not purchase from this store. I ordered in plenty of time to get the costume, paid extra for expedited shipping (guaranteed shipping) and DI NOT receive my costume! I have left 15+ voicemails because waiting to talk to a customer support person is not an option, sent multiple emails and even tried reaching out via Facebook and twitter. I have heard NOTHING back! NOTHING!!! They do not care about their customers at all!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Great customer service! I ordered from Galaxor because they had the best price I could find for the items I wanted. I had never heard of them, but was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. I emailed to ask a question about my order and my question was addressed promptly. When my order arrived, I emailed them about a broken item, and they took care of it right away. Shipping was faster than I expected. I would definitely order from them again.
