NOlvl slow, maybee bots. i payed lvling from 30-59 15may and i tok them 3days to start and they said 4-5day, then they would be finished in sturday. its friday today and my char is 41..

GBscam company i ordered a power lvling package.2 weeks into it the toon was lvl36, so i go onto the site to check on it and they say i need to redo the password as blizz has reset it. go to my emails, the lvler/botter had deleted the character he/she was lvling and got my pass reset. after reseting the pass i went on the toon, hadnt been to a trainer once and not a single quest was done. i ask for a refund and they can only offer 35euros(paid 63euros) this is about 2 months ago.the manager is never in and the staff dont have 2 braincells to rub 2gether, the only one i can get any sense out of is mary.rose and rachel are just useless

SEBots, but not botting. I wanted to give my point of view, after stating for several weeks they said and announed on thir website they dont use bots, but in fact I am my self a professional bot user, and when they garentied me that they were not using bots i started to cry of sadness, it was so disapointing. First I had extortion, then they wanted to extend the days of service from 10 to 14 (thats like 3 weeks IRL), and now they are asking for 6-7 days more for botting. I got contacted by a friend today, he informed me he got banned for 3th party program, and I know it will happen to me as well. They dont have any managers or supervisors, you cant contact the owner, the customer service is laughable and under all critism, if a person tells them something, they are calling you a liar, even if you have proof and following your own character in the game, it was so clearly a bot that I wanted to report my own account ! After a long talk with one from the customer service, she promised me that they will only do quests and not the "fast leveling" as they call it by slaying and dieing to boars.... and it would take a bit longer, but to my big surprise when I informed them I would be back in 3 hours to check if its being botted, it was still being botted ! They cant make promises, they cant give a full refund for the time it has been botted, they cant give proof of what they are doing, they are just saying "we dont use bots sir, our company doesnt allow that" - Guess what I am one of thouse who dont give about your company policy if a customer says he is being botted, BELIEVE HIM! HE IS THE CUSTOMER! But... Hey, I am just the customer, anything I say must be wrong. I am just a stupid none-chinese person... If they say "the leveler is leveling your char" it means infact "the bot is turned on and is leveling your char"... wont even commant any further on that. But back to customer service, they are sweethearts to you before you make a dispute, after you made a dispute you can either get your money back, or let them make extortio
