Fraud website I had initially bought key for Win 10 Pro from them. The replacement key worked and the support was satisfactory. This gave me confidence to buy the more expensive Office 2019 pro key. As usual the key that was initially emailed did not work, nor the replacement key with another set of procedures for activation. Contacted them multiple times on whatsapp and email and no response. So seems that they lay a trap offering support for cheaper softwares, so that you buy the more expensive ones and then its it. They stop responding and you cannot force them to. The money you pay is gone too. Edit 1: I have just realized that the keys they provide are openly available on the internet. Hence they fail most of the times. So beware.

I bought office 2019 license key from Gamerspot.in which didn't activate office 2019, when I consult their customer service on whatsapp they didn't reply properly. Also he said to contact microsoft customer care service. Where Microsoft said its a fake or used license key.
