Krystal Gen 100% helpful and honest To be honest the girl that I deposit to named Krystal Gem on fb is super amazing. She’s fast to load and payout. Someone had hacked into my account and it kicked me off my phone and played the 50 I had on there. There was no point cause they couldn’t cash out anyway she made it right had me change my password and put the amount back on my account. The most I’ve cashed out was 1,200 and I tipped her 200 cause she’s wonderful. Kind of a big scam. The first time I tried to cash out she said that I couldn't cause I had to have 30 min to cash out even tho the legend for the pay says minimum cash out is 3x whatever you put in and I only paid 5 and wanted to cash out at 15. Then I win on the hourly bonus wheel enough to make 3 bets and I ended up getting 30 so I asked her to cash out and she told me I need to get 80 on bonus cash to cash out for 30. When it clearly says on the little card she sent me with the payouts listed that min cash out is at 30 dollars. So i got my winnings up to 105. Then when i cashed out she only gave me 30 and zeroed out my balance completly. How is that fair or even make sense? Complete scam and I would not recommend downloading this app or wasting all your money thinking you might win cause they won't let you cash out respectably.
