GBNever arrived. Customer service useless Ordered the new oled dock when it was on backorder. It was shipped from a warehouse in China but never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they kept telling me to contact the shipping company directly even though Skull & Co should have all the information and shipping insurance. Very unprofessional and doesn't respect the customer at all. Don't trust the reviews on their website. I left a review there and it never showed up. They definitely filter what shows up.

GBDon't believe the hype I bought a switch case from them after seeing all the good reviews and it was loose, covered half the ventilation for the console and the soft tpu had already sagged in transit. Contacted customer support with no solution and they don't publish any reviews under 3 stars on their site. Not an honest company, very dissapointed and will stick with Mumba from now on.

GBCan't believe there are bad reviews! Can't believe there are bad reviews for this site! I have ordered from this company multiple times for accessories for both my old switch and now my new OLED switch and they have been amazing. Not only are their products the best switch cases I have used (and I have tried a few) but they also have shown me amazing Customer service. One of my orders I had accidently ordered the wrong case, I contacted them and they quickly refunded me and put in a new order for the one I wanted. I also recently damaged one of my cases (through fault of my own) and needed a spare part and they happily sent me 2 new spare parts and just charged me shipping! I will continue to use this company and I would recommend you do too and ignore the bad reviews as you wont find many better switch cases!

GBBunch of thugs I placed an order in early December and on 12/23 it said it was delivered. Nothing was delivered to my apartment. Upon reaching out to them, I found out from the proof of delivery that it was delivered somewhere else - the place that doesn’t remotely match my building. The support team keeps repeating that given this was delivered, they cannot do anything about it. Bunch of thugs!
