Doesn't deliver as promised. No report, just score. It was hard to read some of the test and answers on a small screen like my cell phone. I had to guess a few because I couldn't read it. My score ended up about 10 to 15 points lower than paper test scores I can easily read. Edit info: I only received an overall score, no big report they promised.

I paid 2.40€ for the IQ test and it was only product I ordered intentionally I never seen any point concerning subscription of 38€. It is a fraud in my opinion, I requested payback from this company. Be careful. Terrible scam Terrible scam, the company should be upfront that this is not only is charged to take a silly non genuine iq test but also hides very conveniently the fact you are signing up to a ridiculously priced yearly subscription. Wasted 10 mins on the test but thankfully I read t&Cs and noticed the scam. What's more telling is clearly they work on numbers game, those who complain they probably will refund although this is only speculation, they seem to reply to every complaint asking for details to "resolve". Those who don't care or do not realise they have entered a subscription will forget and not notice. $80 a year and it looks like a bunch of useless services no one would use, furthermore they clearly have paid a lot of money for Google ads, using menza in the title, this is not a real IQ test and flase advertising. Thousands of reviews, the company replies to most, you are aware so why not be transparent, provide this upfront and not employ bad practices to trick people put of hard earned money! I would have paid a one off charge of like £2 for a bit of fun and if this was published upfront. Very poor.

100% scam There's a ridiculous hidden cost when you buy an IQ test. They will charge you for some games (which they don't send). And they won't send you any bill of your purchase. When you don't cancel your hidden subscription within a week, you have to pay for it. They made sure, they're not doing anything illegal. But it's dodgey to say the least. Companies like these need to be stopped. I reported this to the Consumers association, Google and PayPal. When you message them through email, you will get an automated message. Who would've thought. I've sent messages to Google and PayPal, to stop this company from what they're doing. In response to your message. I already asked 3 times for a refund... No one is responding. Stop scamming ffs. Hello, you still haven't responded to my previous messages! Bunch of scammers.

UPDATE 27 April 2024: UPDATE 27 April 2024: Still haven't received my refund even though I was promised I will be receiving it in my account soon. Trading standards should be taking action against this company when there are so many complaints about them.
