Stay away from CDKeyDeals! When "Euro Truck Simulator 2" was finally added to Steam and I heard it was possible to activate retail keys as well, I immediately went to [external reference removed] and found out that CDKeyDeals offered the lowest price, so I went there, signed up and placed my order, paying immediately with PayPal. The store claimed to have keys in stock, and that the delivery would be instant, however that was not the case. When I still didn't have any mail after several hours, I tried to contact the site multiple times, via their own website, then via the different mail addresses I found. CDKeyDeals didn't react to any of them. When I looked them up on Twitter, I found their account (@CDKEYDEALS) to be protected, and their Facebook page also had several customers complaining about deals not being fulfilled. I then immediately opened a dispute on PayPal to get my money back, and it took them 2 more days to finally refund me. As far as I'm concerned, CDKeyDeals is a scam site, even though I got my money back. I will most definitely not buy anything from them again, and I suggest you stay away as well.

Great store with small issues. I'll start with the slightly annoying parts. As a German I got confronted with the german frontend of their shopping system, which lacked any text when you are asked to agree with their terms of service etc. You'll also receive a mail telling you that you'll receive your content once when your payment arrived. Nothing hints that you already received your key via a link mentioned in your order confirmation. So that minor stuff should be fixed. Besides this I have nothing to complain, as I got exactly what I want for an extremly good price.

Get what you pay for Got BF3 (Russian ED) for 11£ it was not instant delivery despite the advertising saying it was, i got it after 8+ hours but I DID GET IT IN THE END. And it worked fine, but it has made me think twice about using them again. You pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

Didn't receive keys I bought 2 SimCity Limited Editions and never received the keys. I sent them multiple emails about this but received no reply. Many people are having the same problem and complaining on their Facebook page. I have now opened a transaction dispute on PayPal and hopefully I'll get my money back.

STAY AWAY!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! This is a scam, absolute scam. They sell Windows 7 keys to you instead of Windows 10. I have screenshots of my support agent not wanting to issue me another key. They are hackers located in China and are stealing your money with fake products. DO NOT BUY TRUST ME!!!! Also, after my support I ended up getting a very strange bug on my computer that my developer looked into. He thinks that the key they gave me was used to steal my information. Not verified yet, but I honestly wouldn't doubt it. Go to G2A if you don't want to be scammed or potentially have your info stolen.
