Amazing product!!!!!!!!!!!1 If I didn't have Botoholic I would have stopped playing Botoholic ages ago! Just the simplefact that it collects all the stupid pop ups makes it worth its weight in gold. I have got around 5 friends using it also and they to would rate it 5 stars the same as me. People are saying on here they get no support? I always get an answer to my questions? They actually answer a lot quicker than Zynga!!! As for the visiting neighbours not working, well thats because of the news stand. It will collect from any neighbour that doen't have the news stand anymore. If you think you can design a programme that visit your neighbours and communicate with the news stand aswell then good luck! LOL!!!! This really is the most ultimate tool you will ever have to play your games with. I only play FrontierVille (or Pioneer Trail as it's now called) but I can't stress enough, I wouldn't play at all if I didn't have Botoholic as the gameplay is just to annoying without it - 'click click click click click!!!' I think my button was going to come off! I just hope that Botoholic is here to stay as they did a server upgrade today and I paniced like mad because I thought they had been taken off line! I should also add that I contacted support about this (while the server was down) and got a response in less than 80 minutes, so those that say there is no support???????????? Thanks Botoholic! RiP off... DON'T PAY THESE PEOPLE! DOESN'T WORK NO SUPPORT! NO REPLY TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FOR MONTHS I BOUGHT PAID PROGRAM GIFTBOX+ IT QUIT WORKING... I MADE MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT, THEN SENT COMPLAINTS ABOUT BEING IGNORED, THEN SET REQUESTS FOR A REFUND... THINKING ABOUT MAYBE STARTING A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT... THEY RIPPED US ALL OFF.

Obsolete product... now useless. Product no longer works. when you go to accept requests, it does not find any. even if you have many, yet still has the gall to make you post a link to it on your profile.

Don't buy Farm Master! This used to be a great app for getting all those farming chores done when you're busy but it hasn't worked since March 2012! No emails or requests to the company are replied or responded to, no contacts with subscribers on status of their product have been received, and despite the product no longer working, they are STILL accepting orders and taking your money. That last one may be the most criminal and unscrupulous action of them all. They should NOT be still selling a product that doesn't work and hasn't worked for quite some time!

Used to work...now it doesn't This used to work perfectly for Farmville. Now it throws "critical connection errors." Help Desk is a joke. I opened a ticket SIX MONTHS ago for another issue that was never answered and still shows as "pending." I laughingly opened another two weeks ago, and still nothing. It's a waste of money, and their customer service sucks.
