GBGiven a key that WASN’T on the list of guaranteed games EDIT: Lol I found this reply to a user comment by the company from 4 years ago that explains why this is even a problem: “The only games that aren't shown are for the 1:1 pool at the very bottom. We have a huge rotation of games in that pool to keep it interesting for our members that buy a lot. The games that are there most often that we like and purchase often are shown on the page but to show them all would mean the page would have to constantly be changing.” Four years ago. And they’re still doing this crap. Shame on me, should have researched more before buying. “We don’t list all of our games because it would be mean because the list would be super long” is a cover for “We don’t want to be transparent about the fact that you’re not actually guaranteed any game on the list we have at all even though we say you are.” Unbelievable. Amazing you guys have operated this long without being investigated lol. Original review: “YOUR RANDOM STEAM KEY PURCHASE GUARANTEES YOU A GAME FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES” Then tell me how I got The Walking Dead Season 2 from your site when it’s not listed in any category on the site whatsoever. Dropped almost $40 on the site and half of the games I received weren’t even listed anywhere on the site, let alone on their games list which is apparently the list of the games you’re absolutely guaranteed at least one of when buying from them. Customer Service reeks too as they seem like they’re concerned with bloating their own ego than running a clean business. Some of these 1-Star reviews are just complaining they don’t like what they got but even still, why do you have to act like a child on here? Even if some of the complaints are ridiculous, what’re you, 5? I don’t care if I only get the cheapest possible games on their list so long as they’re on the damn list. I’m taking the risk by rolling the dice but the terms need to be clear and you need to stick to them. Tell me what my possible games are and tell me my odds, it’s literally that simple. Don’t throw games into the mix that aren’t listed. Either ya’ll goofed and forgot you put certain games up on the Games List or you’re purposefully being a terrible business by adding keys to the pool that you know are not on the list. So which is it? Are you aloof or are you just malicious? Regardless, if you’re worried about this in the future, either state that the games in the game list are “some” of the possible games you can win or, make damn sure that the only games you’re handing out are the ones on your damn list. It’s not rocket science. Also lol at their Terms of Service “We do not warrant ... that any errors in the Service will be corrected.“ Nice lawsuit protection. If anybody cared, I wonder how long it would take a crackpot lawyer or two to start a consumer protection violation suit. Now watch someone from their team claim I took that out of context. Go ahead, Ctrl+F on their TOS page and see for yourself if you don’t believe me. All of what I’ve said is verifiable on their site by you the reader. Like I said, if you don’t believe me, go see it for yourself.

GBVerification Placed an order and they say my paypal needs verification as if paypal isn't one of the most secure payment options. But no verification email is ever sent. Appears to be a common problem with this retailer.

GBNothing new Same old thing as every other "random steam key" you can find on the internet. I guess they are honest with your odds, yet this still doesn't make for the fact that for 2$ you can get games that cost something like 10 cents on another website.

GBA Fool's Wager Vast majority of $2 random keys are for games you wouldn't consider buying at any price - the fact that all keys have a retail price is over $2 does not make it a great value proposition as you're more than likely to get games you won't be interested in. Very unlikely to win a recent triple A title (1:50 odds) and even the games in the 1:10 and even 1:25 odds brackets have all recently been on sale for under $15. Similarly the 1/25 odds of winning a game of your choice for $2 is a poor expected value proposition as each game they stock is available for under $50 elsewhere. Only reason it gets a 3 rather than a lower score is some people will be prepared to spin the wheel fully aware that the odds are against them in the hopes of getting lucky and if that's the service you're looking for it is exactly what's delivered here.
