Customer service is really bad -

Cheap and reliable Took several hours to get what I ordered, but got it anyway. They say, that they answer promptly on email's, but it also took several hours to get an reply. But anyway, cheap and reliable.

Full review -Delivery time : code4game's website claims the average delivery time is 20mins : I ordered 4 games and got them in 25m, 15m, 7h and 15h ! It's worth noting they don't deliver between 23pm and 3am GMT. -Customer service : answers in 2hours. Good. -Reward points : my points are still waiting for approval. There are no games you can spend them on anyway. -Prices : there are cheaper websites.

Scammers Decided to try it out for the prices. Ordered 2x GW2 Gem Card. Shortly after my order I got a message my order was rejected and my money (PayPal) had been refunded without any information as of why. Now, a week later, I still don't have my money because PayPal freezes it temporarily, which apparently can take up to 75 days. The funny thing about this site is that they are big time scammers. If an order gets cancelled, they charge you. I had to pay around 40 euros. They rejected my order, yet still charge me 10 euros for it. While I did nothing wrong, I still get punished and have to pay. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

Great price (incredibly great) for game keys, just as they advertised Paid for two keys of Aliens Vs Predator and I got my keys emailed as promised. Didn't give them 5 stars only because they say on their site "immediate" when in fact it took a few hours and some clarifying emails back and forth. However they did respond very very quickly to email (which I loved) and certainly made good on their end without any hassle. Good company and I will buy again for sure
