Went from great to bad to the worse I used to order here all the time But the waiting time got worse and worse And now im totally done with them Yesterday (sunday) i did an order with ideal I paid, money got taken from my bank as usual(110 euro), but no confirmation email, live support said order was pending, few hours later the order got cancelled, didnt get my money back yet,

Didn't work with me Was taking a long time to get the order done, still hasn't completed it. Limited communication, you'll be lucky to even get a response out of them. Shady.

Fast and friendly Bought from them twice and both times were good experiences. Fast delivery both times. Second time we ran into a little bit of a mix with the order processing but it was resolved quickly and I got my gold. 100000/10 would recommend!

Got the gold at least Service was awful but i got my gold. None of the support chat was responsive until i purchased gold. They dont seem to care about helping you until you make a purchase
