InstantCard is a great company to work with for ID Cards ~ you tell them the layout you are looking for, they have a proof back QUICKLY & you are on your way to just filling in the information for your employees. Need changes, they are on the ball with making any modifications as well, need a new layout, they are happy to oblige! I just started using them & will continue to do so! This is the ID Badge Vendor You've Been Looking for I was concerned about ordering ID badges online and the turnaround time, but InstantCard is excellent! PROS: • Flexibility to design your own cards or use pre-built templates. • Setting up cards is easy. • Use your own designs or choose from InstantCard's templates. • Creating new cards from your template is fast and easy. • Order replacement cards in a snap. • Prices are very reasonable. • Turnaround time is typically within 5 business days, but there have been times when I've received our ID badges in 2 days! CONS: None! I just wish I had found InstantCard sooner.

Urgent Holiday Weekend Need I had a sudden need to print and ship a few cards on a Friday afternoon and needed them in hand on Tuesday, but Monday was a federal holiday. So my expectations weren't high when I went to start the process on InstantCard. Then I called customer service and spoke to Gina. She confirmed that I could ship all in one package overnight. And then she checked and advised me how much more it would be to have Saturday delivery and then upgraded the shipping as I had not requested Saturday delivery when I placed the order. Gina is a champ in my book. Thank you Gina!!
