Fantastic service! Highly recommend We used to use this company pre Covid but due to our working environment we have only just recently signed back up with floral image. Chris has been fab and the flowers are amazing with a great selection to choose from. Patients comment on them and for us to know they are disinfected prior to entering our building is a great bonus. Can't wait to pick the next ones!

What made my experience amazing is not just stunning arrangements but the personalized approach of my rep, Goncalo. He took his time to learn what look I was looking for, what theme I was looking for each month and made sure to bring me multiple options to choose from every month. He paid attention to details and made sure to leave me happy with each choice every single time. He was punctual with his delivery, always polite and made the delivery day feel like your birthday! The arrangements were always clean, beautifully arranged and gave my foyer the grand look I always sought. Definitely staying with Floral image and Goncalo!
