GBThe customer service is excellent The customer service is excellent. The owner, Robert, examined the poster that I was considering purchasing, as it was made in the 60's. He asked his framer to make a minor repair. The repair was well done. I purchased the repaired poster and then later 2 more by the same artist. They were all well packed in a sturdy tube and came as promised. The company includes an invoice and a nice "thank you letter." I would never hesitate to purchase from Ro Gallery in the future and highly recommend them. Thank you.

GBDelivered as promised I have wanted a Sam Francis print for many years, so I was excited to see several prints available at RoGallery. I think that the price was fair, especially since Robert honored the 10% discount for first time customers. The print was in great condition as promised. The framing was done promptly and was a bargain compared to what I would have paid in Los Angeles. However, the wood is not as deep as is typically used for fine art. The piece was well packed and arrived promptly one week from time of purchase. I have no hesitation to recommend RoGallery to other art lovers.
