Autumn in Remembrance This was gift for my niece and her husband honoring their beloved German Shepherd, Autumn that died suddenly from lung cancer. A mended HEART I was wanting a special gift for my daughter to help her find some peace with the loss of her nana. The words of that poem are exactly what her nana would say to her and want her to live everyday knowing. And to be able to put her picture with it made it complete. It was a precious experience for myself as well to be able to express another way to see grief of loosing somebody but there always there and you will be together again someday.
