Excellent custumer service. Excellent custumer service. Seller very patient and helpful. I would definitely do business with this seller again. and I recomment to anyone to do the same.

My first order My first order, I was skeptical but I received my order yesterday and it played perfectly, the shipping did take over a month I was fine with waiting to finally get my movie I had been wanting for a long time. Will order from again.

I am an avid DVD Collector and… I am an avid DVD Collector and sometimes I find a film and it gets added to my growing collection

Fantastic service and prompt delivery So absolutely and utterly impressed by the service offered by DVDLady. Once again they've sourced a DVD I couldn't locate at all and delivered swiftly, ahead of schedule and well packaged. I really cannot recommend DVDLady highly enough. From initial request to placing the order - the process has been efficiently actioned and responses to queries are swift. This was my fourth order and won't be the last. Thank you! Lynn

Great selection of hard to get films… Great selection of hard to get films are available and reasonably priced compared to some of the scalpers out there. Terrific for replacing those old vhs tapes that take up so much room. Some of the TV films and vhs films do not have the the best quality picture, but that is because they were never digitalized or remastered and therefore are not available in good a quality dvd mode. This is the case even when buying the dvd originals from the manufacturers Any problems, mistakes or issues are willingly cleared up so remember folks, as always, go to the seller first before leaving any kind of negative feedback to give them the opportunity to fix the problem first. That's only fair. Karen
