GBPainting not realistic oil I was told when I called about the artwork I purchased that it would have a rough texture and look like oil paint was on the canvas. I opened it today and it is perfectly smooth and looks like just a copy. I'm really disappointed since I told the person I spoke with that I wouldn't buy it if it didn't look like a real oil painting with the thickness of the paint. He assured me several times that that's what it would look like. Even your authenticity card that came with the painting States oil paint on canvas and it definitely doesn't look that way!

GBPainting had an obvious blemish on it Painting had an obvious blemish on it. The return process was fairly straightforward and I'm looking forward to a replacement piece. Shipping was quick and customer service had good response time. Update 11/27/23 Was sent a picture of the new painting and it too had an error on it. Unfortunately it was the only one they had in stock so the return fee was waived and the money was refunded shortly thereafter. Customer service was friendly and quick, though I was disappointed I wasn't able to get the artwork. I would purchase from them again, though I would ask ahead of time for a picture of the painting to be sent.

GBWhen I bought a canvas unframed When I bought a canvas unframed, I didn’t think it would not be mounted. I was very surprised to get a canvas only with no mount customer should be warned of that. The canvas mount with no frame and that’s what I thought I was going to get.
