Would like replacement for art received… Would like replacement for art received that was broken during shipping with tracking and timeframe. Pictures were sent to Elephant Stock as evidence of same. Contacted Elephant Stock on Monday, 3/18/24 same day I received art to report that one of the three pictures came with glass broken. Totally understand that sometimes items can break during shipping, no problem there if issue is resolved. On 3/19, received a boilerplate e-mail response, so I asked for a timeframe of when a replacement can be expected and the response email was replacement is in for processing to wait for tracking number e-mail. It's now 3/22 and no tracking number e-mail. It's a shame because the art is nice quality, however Elephant Stock's process/communication on fixing issues has a lot to be desired.

Beautiful Products Delivered Professionally The sharpness of the image is great. It's our happy scene so we mounted it above our claw tub in our master bath so every morning it's the first thing we look at. We live in Kalispell, Montana at the foot of Glacier Park so we have many good memories of mountain sunrises. We also bought a beautiful canvas panel set of Glacier Park. The majesty of your mountain scenes are amazing.
