GBI wrote a review telling that I had not… I wrote a review telling that I had not received my picture and that the phone number on their website was out of service and also the tracking number was not recognized by any carries. They did get ahold of me and it appears that there were shipping problems that was out of their control. My picture did finally arrive and in very good condition. I would shop with them again.

GBI ordered my canvas for a Christmas… I ordered my canvas for a Christmas gift for my mom. I received it in a timely manner and was exactly what I ordered. I will order more from them at a later time.

GBI love the Canvas print I ordered I love the Canvas print I ordered. The quality is what I expected, and I've received many compliments. There are just a couple things I think could be improved. One, I did not receive email confirmation of my order until I emailed the Co. to verify. I was told I'd receive an email once my item shipped and again I did not. As a consumer this is unsettling. Communication needs to be better. Packaging was great my print arrived in perfect condition around 2 weeks after placing my order.

GBWe were very pleased with the finished… We were very pleased with the finished product. The tracking information sent to us was extremely confused and was not usable. It indicated you used multiple carriers and everyone that I tried did not recognize the tracking number. But the item arrived and we were very pleased with the picture result itself.
